The Centre provides quality offices at realistic prices.
In the main building, offices range in size from 9 to 20 sq metres.
These are supplemented by a number of portables.
A reception area greets clients
Quality equipment and facilities are available on a "Pay as you go
system" to the tenants. The building has optic fibre connection and a
modern digital switchboard. The message bank takes calls both in "line
busy" and "absent" mode.
A range of workshop areas are also available.
Conference facilities are available to rent. Many local business use our
facilities for meetings, conferences and promotional nights.
Baylink Training, Chisholm Institute, and Victoria University all train
courses from here, with national recognition.
There are two commercial food preparation areas also within the
premises. One kitchen is currently operating as a full catering service,
the second produces a range of Indian curry pastes and condiments.
Other tenants such as land tenants are catered for on the site.
Currently, our largest land user is a saw mill with another operating a
motorcycle licence testing and training school.
